>open task manager
>100% cpu usage
>second later normal 4% cpu usage
>close task manager
>open it again
>100% cpu usage
Why is that happening in Windows 10?
Open task manager
basically, your shit is all retarded
>S O M E T H I N G H A P P E N E D
install gentoo faggot
Click the performance tab idiot
its almost like opening an application uses the cpu
Opening task manager uses your cpu
>have i5
>open task manager
>cpu maxed out
ok
but 100% disappears after like half a second
It doesnt matter how fast your cpu is, it will still hit 100% usage, just for a shorter period. If it used less, it'd open slower for no reason
Delete task manager
You have a botnet installed.. Delete system32 and cut the yellow and red wires going to your motherboard
>program is stalling everything
>open task manager to kill it
>task manager fails to open
>superfetch 100% disk
brainlet
Fuck
>program is stalling everything
>open task manager to kill it
>task managers open
>program doesn't close when you click end
switched to kde and i don't ever have to think about that shit again.
Buddy of mine had that problem. It was malware, scan your shit.
Task Manager always shows high CPU usage when it opens BECAUSE IT'S USING THE CPU.
That's usually Windows Defender and its random, unasked-for scans.
Sounds like a crypto miner
