is this pixel fillrate?!

1080 Ti performance for $250 confirmed!

I would hope so remember nvidia will launch their 7nm card next year so they will have at least 25% more performance than their current cards. Means a 2660ti (300$) with 1080 performance (or very likely even close to 1080ti level), so if amd wants to be competitive their 7nm card needs to be that strong too. And don't forget nvidia could just reduce their massive profit margin and sell this theoretical 2660ti for 250$ if they need to, so amd really needs to deliver something of 1080ti performance sub 300$ this year or it's another failed product.

bump

>inb4 it's just some 7nm Vega variant

do you even know what fillrate is?
gpus from 2012 had a almost 200 Gtexel/s fillrate.

VII is definitley the last vega card

Any chances they managed to implement that low cost HBM solution from Samsung?

HBM3 for more premium models?

They could potentially create a "prosumer" segment as a way to sell their failed evaluation enterprise stuff, including dual gpu cards.

>worse than rtx 2080

That's exactly what VII is

And? Call me when it's actually out and not a piece of garbage like every other new GPU that AMD release.

They could capitalize on that more. I wonder if it is easier to implement multi GPU rendering for professional tasks compared to just gaming.

Do you think it uses HBM or GDDR?

>20 CU
I was worried if a successor to 460/560 would come out eariler and I was right. Fuck amd

clearly a significant departure from Vega

yeah fuck amd for focusing on what will actually make them money.

GDDR6

The most relevant bench for 3D/gayming perfornce is the T-Rex

AMD has to just release a card that can do 1440p60 maxed out while drawing less than 100W at the low end, and 4K60 maxed out while drawing less than 175W on the high end and they'll do well.

Don't forget that Zen2 + Navi is going into Xbox2 and PS5. More than anything, the Zen2's optimization will benefit the PC market much more massively.

NVIDIAfags on suicide watch.

interesting. bump.
