based, my setup is identical but i prefer having a few (no more than 5) desktop icons, the start menu and takbar is replaced by classic shell (i changed to color to slate gray), also you should really switch from qbittorent to transmission-qt

ever since 4.0 every point update to qbit breaks something in my config (e.g rss plugins) and i have to reset everything from scratch.
i got tired of tha fuckery ian migrated to transmission (simple, just werks, does one thing only and does it well) and moved to other programs/scripts for features like rss that i had previously used in qbit

have you tested this out on androidx86, or do you know if they have it preconfigured? last time i bothered to check up on it they were doing something with a traditional-desktop panel (the feature was available in the vanilla iso, just not enabled)
...a desktop format is the only way that kind of interface makes sense, otherwise you'd just be mashing your fingers against a tiny, imprecise screen.

i installed void musl in virtualbox cause i thought it was pretty sketchy.
install went fine, logged in to xfce destop, and ran xbps -Suv
then rebooted
it broke right away, the new kernel was installed without a corresponding initrd, so i had to drop down to the old kernel in grub just to get it back up again
honestly, fuck that shit, im never installing void on an actual production machine
for musl, it looks like alpine is your best bet.
im thinking of switching to exe linux, so far it seems really nice and no systemdick

im sorry to hear that user,but im of no help with that. i use void because its not going to scream and shit the bed if i dont update it for a month or 3 ; also i dont have any experience with the musl iso images however i can tell you that the normal ones work really well as long a you read the wiki ( and even then its very straight forward). owo;
