yikes. I never understood this. I work at an aerospace company developing flight software and I have very flexible schedule. I always try to get to the office by 7 at the latest. that way I can be out of the office by 3 and maximize daylight hours to myself. I'd get depressed if I didn't get home until 8 every day.
