AMD biggest competitor is AMD itself, I will probably keep using my 1500X for a couple of years.

None
Not enough of a jump over my 2700x and I need a new gpu monitor anyway otherwise I'm gpu bottlenecked

all I wanna know is if any of these new cpus will have an integrated gpu.

no they won't. APU line is different than the new 7nm offerings. the next APU line will be made on '12nm+' node from GF with Vega.
next year will be 7nm Zen2+Navi for APU's, not sooner

that 3600g looks good.

>3600g
>g
thats still not Zen2+Navi m8, that comes 1 year late.
it would be a miracle when AMD could release CPU, GPU and APU on 7nm node at the same time

shut up faggot

>Which one are you upgrading to?
2700X is so fuckin good I will update for the last Ryzen chip to come out be that 4800X or 5800X and I will keep it for a decade more.

I plan on going from my 2600X to the 3700X
>moar cores
>5ghz boost
It's going to be a monster

I bet G stands for Graphics.

This is amazing, I don't even know what intel is anymore.

>Navi
where in the post you quoted was that mentioned? what are you rambling on about? do you have some kind of mental illness?

Rumor is B350 mobo owners won't be able to run some or all of these.

paying benchmark developers like when they had cinebench implement AVX-512 to gimp AMD

I'm listening to his morning show on replay now.

I speculate Ryzen 9 won't run on Bxxx chipsets. I highly doubt my B450 motherboard could handle it. Though maybe we will start seeing ITX boards with better VRMs crammed in.

have fun with your Zen+ with Vega graphics

3700X

I like that it hits 5 Gs without manually overclocking.
But I might also consider a 3600x for that price/performance/tdp sweet spot. 8/16 should be enough for the next 2-3 years

It 'probably' will work on my MSI B450M Mortar. Buildzoid rates the VRM's as 'OK' and the heatsink as good. It should work on the Carbon though and other boards with good VRM's..

So isn't 8cores now all that you'll need for the next few years?this may sound silly but wouldn't 12 cores just hamper gaming performance idlf anything?

>8/16 should be enough for the next 2-3 years
just grab the 12c part when it's out and wait for DDR5 with a new socket is mainstream, imo

TIME TO GIMP CINEBENCH SOME MORE

I have brought a I7 3770K couple of years ago for 336$.
I guess I'll spent the same amount of money and get the R7 3700 or the 3700X

some of us do use a PC for something else than fucking gaming, kid.

8 cores for gaymen, 12 and 16 cores if you want to do more things at the same time, gaming+streaming or rendering, leave dozens of programs open without giving a fuck etc

Are these linux compatible?

Ryzen 5 and 7 are basically Intel i5 and i7
If you mostly use it for gaming a 7 is likely to be overkill

3600X i guess

>Are these Windows 7 compatible?

ftfy

I was kinda hoping the 8/16 "gaming" one would hit 5Ghz. I play CS GO and that game is heavily CPU bound.

The X version most likely could.

im moving from an 1600 at 4ghz to an 3600x and oc it with my aio as hard as i can. that should be +40% performance.

delid

AMD is about to delidd Intels desktop- and servermarket share desu

WHERE IS MY THIRDREICHER THO

How does AMD's arrangement with GF work? GF just makes the wafers, ships them to AMD, and AMD does the cutting and mounting and QC/binning?

7nm will suck because it's unoptimized. And it's would be like AMD Fx meme overclocking

this, intel 7nm will destroy amd in 2030

what ever,no different for old ryzen.
and more and more intels cpus going win, wait end of year.

tdp is just that high what is should be with more cores or clocks...none upgrade.!!!

looks same effect ike gpu sector, fury, vega and radeon vii...no different
well radeon vii was 7nm gpu, but not belive it! so lausy efficiency, and still slow!

ok, cputdp also same...there is anyhting new, just different name....i wonder how long amd can sell product with no profit..well looks that no longer...sooner or later its eat hole company and debt givens not tolerance more...end of 2020 is my guess.

hmm. i try really see different from ryzen 2000 series, but no....oh yeah... more cores..but is it only trend or commercial way.
you dont need more than total max 6 cores for gaming, even 4-core is enough. easily.
more than that is waist of cash, no matter how much its cost.

and,i still see not any goodies from amd 32-core cpu...erhh i mean where to use thouse??!! tell me..

200-cores cpu.... so what!

no help gaming,apzz or rendering...useless.

another hand, real pro rendering use always intels cpus...why??

well, buy them amd fans, you keep amd up and pay them callary...youself you give so little back.
except red fine main...lol

October.

3600g would be cool.

>125w tdp
jesus, on 7nm????

>Ryzen 3 3300G
>Ryzen 5 3600G
retard

I'll probably jump up to the 3600x since I use a 2400g. Hopefully I'll be able to afford a proper gpu and monitor when they finally release

Give me proof beyond he said she said and retailers that no one ever heard of 1:1 listing the already known "leaks" as stand-in so they definitely must be true I'll bite.
I hope the leaks are true. I hope the 3300 is real. It'd be nice for some low power underclocked servers, but until reviewers show benchmarks this is worth literally nothing.

I have that mouse.
Once you go G502, you never go back

Someone posted a brief webm on /tv/. I don't need to see that shit.
