Maybe.

No

you're still connected to one or more cell towers, one can find the general area you are in but not as accurate as GPS, but three cell towers can triangulate and pinpoint your position just like in CSI, unless you have some sort of electrostatic shielding like a Faraday Cage. You are still part of the botnet.

In all ways minus tracking your location, so yes, sort of.

All mobile phones are botnet.

You could always open the phone up and remove the location tracking chip

Only if you remove the battery.

Cell tower triangulation is accurate within about 300 feet.

You have no clue what you're even talking about. Just delete your post and think on it for a moment.

OP here. Is it even *possible* to have a mobile phone ( calling, texting only) while escaping the botnet?

Location tracking chip is for GPS, if you want to actually make a call, you need to connect to a cell tower or why even bother having a phone at all. You'd have to be on a proper glow in the dark list for that kind of tracking though.

You can't easily escape government botnets but corporate ones are far easier

>he doesn't know about the secret battery for botnet transmissions

No unless you fully trust the phone manufacturer and the network operator.

its closer to 140m, as stations will record IMEI when they see it

you're still part of the botnet because to operate the phone you have to be part of a cell network -- however no one would care unless you were on a list and had sufficient reason for a government to put its resources into finding you, 'needle in a haystack' is a thing you know.

I guess you could also scramble your phone call for privacy but I don't know anything about that.

+signal streight

People have turned TI84s into phones before. Lets ignore the manufacturer.

>he doesn't know what a joke is

That's what the CIA niggers want you to think.
I wasn't joking, do you work for the CIA?

>Does taking a remotely activated GPS tracker with you everywhere escape the botnet?
No.

What kind of idiot would think this? In high school we were using these phones and even back then people were saying the government could turn on the microphone and shit.
Although this thread is just full of fucking retarded children memeing so whatever.

Are you old enough to remember phreaking?
