>replace it with housefire chip that's gonna run louder than m headset and mobo with no upgrade path Average Shintelligence
William Ramirez
stop posting ugly gook koreans you dumb nigger
Anthony Powell
why an aftermarket cooler? the stock one is perfectly capable for the levels of OC the cpu can do anyways.. why bother with a x470? and form MSI of all the companies?.. an Asrock B450M-HDV is perfectly capable since you wont do sli or crossfire
Kevin Wilson
>why an aftermarket cooler?
better oc, quieter , able to cool OC on next Ryzen series
>why bother with a x470? best power delivery for future upgrade on Ryzen 2 for the money
Chill out manlet it's only a pic
Jordan Baker
P-PLEASE REPLACE THIS WITH INTEL I BEG YOU
Mason Baker
both have the same vpw no excuses there
it depends if amd managed to have a really stock and cool cpu then you can do a good oc even with the stock one
Wyatt Scott
If you do not trust me, do your own research You get better results OC on my mobo on average Also aftermarket cooling with such tech is a must if you're going to drop 1000$ on a build , otherwise you're just being a jew and not milking out 100% out of your processor
Justin Gonzalez
we already have enough material for it in the end a x70 is only there if you want a crossfire or sli or just a big motherboard
you cant get better results if your cpu cant get over its limits user plus as i said they have the same power delivery
no its not you are buying one of the coolest cpu ever i will only agree if you were slapping an AIO watercooler on it but for an air cooling its simply overkill for it
Nathaniel Roberts
Do you think you can put 12core part on a B450 and stock cooler provided and overclock it? I think not
James Collins
Intel charges 80% more
Austin Bailey
yes because only the 320 and 420 are the ones that have a power delivery constrained and locked down
the 350/450 and 370/470 are basicly the same shit only that one is missing the ability of crossfire and sli thats all
Jeremiah Smith
You're the type of guy that reads TDP of processor and says to himself , oh wow this processor only uses XXX watt!! are you?? literally check any overclocking, best results are on x70 boards with a reason. Maybe 2600 would not be that limited but next gen one sure would so dud pls
William Baker
yes you got me user you should work as a medium
more vrm's doesnt scale with better OC
Chase Price
I never said it does but sure if you're into b450 and stock housfire just swap this option with intel one seems like u love housfire jet turbines next to your leg
Jeremiah Gutierrez
only the msi boards are a fucking housefire in general
These guys Make a good point on the aftermarket cooler. Why waste money on the noctua and overclocking meme when you can just put the money to a better cpu instead. That said it’s not my money and you can do whatever you want. I know some of you take pride in showing off those fuckhuge beige blocks
Grayson Torres
ur CPU not running at 90c and your room sounding like a jet engine is not good enough for you? fine
A price-comparable intel mobo for the 9400f is basically worthless. even if you get slightly better performances out of the box you still need an aftermarket cooler unless you can tolerate the noise and throtling.
That mobo onbly have one M.2 and it's only pcie gen2x2, no usb3.1gen2, shit audio, etc... no resale value... If you only look at pure speeds you are goinf to be disapointed when you realise that your nvme ssd is limited to near sata speeds.
James Morales
Depend on the features you want I guess. If you only want one nvme drive and won't use any pci slots then B450 is fine.
Oliver White
POG I wish I had this PC maybe wait for AMD 5nm solution
Ryder Cox
ITT: we assume everyone plays video games. Why else would you build a PC?
Carson Sanders
>Vega 56 housefire >Not using the superior stock AMD cooler >QLC SSD as a boot drive Try again, boomer.
Aaron Green
>Vega 56 housefire >Not using the superior stock AMD cooler LOL
