And it's not only the numbers, it's everything. They cant even align the f(x) or the abc to a column. They have failed to even make the buttons look like they're at the same height. God, no wonder why the Windows 10 UI is popular for being a shitfest.

But user, there's style that looks good and style that looks like shit. While the calc you posted looks good because it aligns the symbols next to a corner which is intuitive, the stock windows one doesn't even try to to convey that stability. The numbers seem to be just floating in an awkward position, not in the center, not in the centered in any of the lines or intersections of the mythical 3x3 grid, not near any side.

The slight misalignment of the blue button is just pic related v. 2.0 and the options above the buttons not being aligned to anything is just not giving a fuck. Their style sucks and not all deliberate choices are correct.
