Is there anything on this list that can be improved for a $2k budget? I'm a brainlet when it comes to computer hardware

I would've gone 750-800 personally. PSU is one thing to never undercut. Always want plenty of juice during peak performance of cpu, ram and gpu.

With that parts, his psu would never reach peak efficiency and will be doing 70 or less. Why buy a 80+ gold if you will never use it under its peak performance while on full system load? Just buy one with 5years of warranty and from a well known brand
