i only use an adblock extension because everything else is bloat

But I use Midori

None, because browsers are fucking bloated enough. Use a hosts list.

You say browsers are bloated yet you don't use an extension to whitelist js per domain. I use pfblockerng and ublock origin for that reason and because I use a VPN sometimes.

>Rethoric
Retard.
Anyways, Adnauseam and Violentmonkey

Ublock origin medium mode, decenterleyes, https everywhere

uBlock
coincidence detector

i don't,because why would i use that botnetted, unoptimized net surfer

Regexp search for history. I like it.
Thanks user.

i would use smartHTTPS instead of HTTPS everywhere but icecat wont allow it to be installed, even manually

how did you manage to fuck up font rendering that badly? default debian?

The one I want to use doesn't work on Firefox, so I'm stuck running Opera instead.

change jewTTPeverywhere with SmartHTTPS then you're good.

What's the problem with HTTPS Everywhere?

It's just worse than Smart HTTPS. HTTPS Everywhere uses a list, where as Smart HTTPS will try to upgrade everything.

I see. It makes sense. I wonder why the EFF chose this approach... Thanks.

Yeah, but what's so bad about those third-party services? Why circumvent them?

It literally tells you the benefits...

>This saves bandwidth, and protects your privacy.
And I want to know how it protects my privacy. How do those third-party services violate my privacy in the first place?

You not having to connect to their server = better privacy
They don't see your IP connecting to their server which means they do not know what content you're looking at

Because it pulls JavaScript libraries, fonts, and.other bullshit locally instead of suck on Google's tit

Thanks.

ublock origin
violentmonkey

I made one of these

uBlock Origin and a Vim control-like addon that I forgot it's name.

Oh, and RES

I have Ublock, HTTPS Everywhere, and Disconnect. Does anyone even use Disconnect anymore? does it even do anything?

>not using decentraleyes
Enjoy being tracked around, nigger.

Disconnect is useless in Firefox now that the builtin "Content Blocking" feature uses the disconnect.me lists.

Not him, but how does it work with ublock / umatrix?

Totally fine, they're complimentary

uBlock Origin
uMatrix
TamperMonkey

I use both actually, and for quite some time now. Let me re-phrase my question.
What will happen if a domain is blocked in umatrix but decentralayes can provide the resource?

if umatrix or ubock origin is blocking the domain than I'm pretty sure the cdn won't be loaded as there wasn't a request to fetch it. But even if it is it would be local.

Is there a list of what decentralayes provides, so that I could unblock it globally in umatrix?

thanks user!

Don't really need that much addons

Attached: Untitled.png (689x652, 37K)

So what if the resource on the CDN is updated? How will you get the updated version of the resource if your browser can't connect to it? Do you have to "wait" for add-on updates to get the updated versions?

Decentraleyes does update it's CDNs but I'm not sure how it handles outdated CDNs when the addon hasn't updated yet.
