Self hosting, because initially I just wanted to learn about how to do it and what not, and it just sort of stuck. postfix + dovecot + roundcube, with all the spamfiltering and anti virus stuff in the backend, and then Xeams, which is where the mail actually goes in and out from, hosted else where. Mail server is only accessible via the Xeams server.

I use Fastmail, because I use many domain names and I liked the interface.
