I lived for 2 years like that when I had a regular job and still tried to practice my hobbies in the meantime.
I was getting like 5 colds a year, had hallucinations, heard noises, and acted completely inadequately.

Thank god I found a work in 24 hour shifts, it's still 40 hours a week, except i only visit it twice a week.
