STAX = satan

Anyone make decent earbuds for gaming/music?

Just want something with a wide soundstage and good sound for footsteps/gunshot. I really hate headphones and IEM.

Denon AH-D7000(sold)
List goes on but this should tell you i love both V shape and neutral sound signature. My last IEM was UE TF 10 from years ago and never had CIEM.

what music do you like

I listen to a lot of genres. I would say mainly metal right now but also some classical and funk

Are you concerned with the levels you listen at damaging your hearing, or do you really listen to metal quietly in iems?
I'm not really that into it but I listen to metal sometimes, sleep & metallica etc, and it's always with speakers, loud.

Like what's the fucking point? Or of high end fidelity.

I need a portable setup. I travel often and i don't want lug my headphones around.

I mainly want good isolation and decent build quality (detachable cables). I'd prefer to stay below 250€. Fit and sound wise I enjoyed the shure se530 but shure send override compared to all the chi-fi stuff. Surfside of the cheap chi-fi stuff is that there are so many options - I have no clue what to look into and who to trust....

>override
I meant overpriced

Still looking for earbud solution

earpods are the peak of earbud sound quality so you're going to be looking forever

Yep like it or not you can’t find something better and the price is ok.

VE Monk

sure but like why do you want to spend fucking $500+ on it lol

Maybe ZEN 2.0. Based on the review it got good imaging and soundstage.

The stock cable attached to my earphones are too short.

What brands make high quality 3.5mm extension cables? I need extra length and don't want to lose any fidelity.

up

TVCOM, CableExpert, 5Bites

I think these brands might be dead. I can't find them on amazon, ebay or google.

Good wireless buds?

That's my budget

What kind of iem connectors are there and how do I identify them?
I want to get a new pair of earphones and a Bluetooth cable for them, and they both are 2 pin, but they look a bit different.
