The adults are far too large to be taken down by any predators (and introducing a new prey item via their young would be a good idea to increase the number of bears, wolves, mountain lions, jaguars, etc anyway) and they'll avoid electric wires eventually, probably.

but grizzlies would have to move south to meet the giraffes really desu, black bears are half the size of grizzlies. Plus they say in the vid it was a calf.
I dunnooooo dooooood I think it'd be alright. Plus having a few be predated is fine. Imagine them bringing grizzlies back to california. That'd be a sight to see.
also we should put cheetah back in the plains of the empty quarter, they would fill a niche there too.

but what if it helps? right now, for example, jaguar have been pushed out of most of north america because a lack of food supply, and human hunters are the only real predator keeping deer from overpopulating to insane levels in the east. If we were to balance them out a little, then we'd actually be helping the ecosystem :)
