Ok ranjeet

C#>>>

I like it too but obviously your view is heavily biased.
It's just the language I'm competent in, since I used it since I was 14.
As long as it's c-based and not utterly retarded any language is okay.

Yes very much indeed Mr. Nagoor Babu Sir

It was actually a smart joke.

Kek
Java is comfy thou

come on, I like java and program in it for living, but C# much better. it's literally fixed and improved java

C# > Java but the JVM is usually more efficient than the CLR and has been properly cross platform since forever.

Scala has a lot more traction than F# too :(

Where my pointers tho?

>muh pajeet
>muh java/c#
then what to use instead?

Kotlin is better than C#.

disregard the neets. outside of several niches, java or c# are necessary if you want any serious programming job. c# is a better language, easier to use and learn, but java more widely used.

I don't even like Java, but it is very likely you'll be sucking it up and starting a Java/C#/Python/JS job unless you're very lucky with your geography.

>best
No, C++ is
Is it the best high level language? Yes, python is trash

>almost everything is an object
>oop sucks dick
>therefore almost everything is java sucks dick

So many people say that Microshit's C# is better than Java, but I've yet to hear a legit argument for this. All it seems to be doing is taking away Java's greatest strength
>muh platform independence
which is a bit overstated admittedly, but it still is extremely convenient for simple projects you need to run everywhere without having to worry about architectures and platforms.

Yeah, but you can still write code in a procedure-oriented manor even though there are objects in play. No one's putting a gun to your head forcing you to embrace the slimy torso of polymorphism.

C# is closer to JavaScript and easier syntax wise. Whether or not you like that it's a matter of choice

I personally only meant it in a strictly language-specific way. platform independence aside, I think JVM is better than CLR overall - faster, better multi-language support, etc.

Dear Sirs,
Respectfulness,
Pajeet.
