Tfw got a piece of shit laptop with amd e1-2500 processor and 4gb ram. Previous owner abandoned it because it was too slow. Tried factory resetting win10, no help, processor idling at 50 - 70 % and over half of memory was used by win10 and other proprietary bullshit bloat software. This calls for Linux! Google some light linux distros and find some numale recommending lubuntu. Pop it on a stick and do a fresh install on a formatted drive. Nope. Havent had that issue yet to this day. At work I see they do that often, which is annoying as newer AiOs and laptops have sliders to cover the cameras.
