I'm creating a website that I plan on spamming everywhere as a joke. It's a little advertisement page selling fake products in a comical fashion.
What are some ways I can easily spam it on forum sites?
I always see those web crawlers spamming referrals too.

Its near impossible to spam forums. Only if you are an active user on that forum would people take you seriously. If you register to a forum with 1 post, you will probably just get banned.
If what you create is actually interesting, you will have an easier time because the page will eventually just spread organically by word of mouth. If your page sucks, it will die. I hear reddit upvote bots work... but that was a couple years ago and they might have caught on.

and exploited ips/boxes to spam it for you.
if your level is html, then spamming isnt for you.
