Number 1 on distrowatch means that some people are somewhat interested in it, nothing more.

That's gotta be one of the worst logos
I've ever seen.

Unlike most others shitposting on here, I actually used it and its damn comfy
>no systemd
>xfce is best de
>stable
>great tools

Are you sure about that?

It's that a windmill?
Looks like a sane alternative to mint desu

Distrowatch tracking is hot garbage. That being said, I've been using MX for three desktops and two servers and have had zero problems. I'm no expert but I have used Debian, Ubuntu, and Fedora in the past and I prefer Debian/MX with a couple of flatpaks over both Ubuntu and Fedora.

>I actually used it
>no systemd

Yeah, no. It appears you do not use it. That our you have no fucking idea of what is actually running on your machine (not sure which is worse)

Ok, the second worst logo.

yes

OpenBSD logo is based. You don't know what you are talking about.

It's virtually nothing more than Fat Albert with jaundice.

Distrowatch says it uses SysVinit

Why is their logo a reverse kingpin skateboard truck.

Look for yourself. They are incorrect if it says it MX Linux is systemd free

It does but it doesn't try to avoid a lot of systemd stuff

First clicked distro link @ distrowatch counted one time per day by unique IP.

Dont you say anything about my puffster, FAGGOT!

mxlinux.org/wiki/system/systemd/
It has systemd, but it's disabled by default.

see
That is an old article that is no longer correct. If you look at those posts you will clearly see that systemd runs on MX Linux by default. MX Linux is not systemd free

hHHahh@-HAHAHAHAHA

Pretty sure, and posting the most based *nix logo does nothing to change that.

fuck off, dubu-poster

I'm using it on my portable m.2 ssd, a full debian with static persistence works much better than puppy and other portable linux distros. Also it has some really nice gui tools, try those tools in a vm, other than that it's pretty much 90% debian stable, it has palemoon in their repo tho.

Yet another Debian clone that uses halfasses systemd and a deprecated DE, has no real support and is maintained by one or two hobbyists. It's literally the most generic garbage distro one could come up with.

It's great as a persistent live USB distro. It also has a lot useful apps pre-installed and available. It's pretty good, but has too much bloat which I'd prefer not to have. I'd rather install Mint Xfce or Xubuntu as a desktop OS.

this, even slackware is better
.If it's not in mirrors.kernel.org/
it's shit
