Yeah, that's right, I fucking love Google. Unbeatable search engine. Free wide range of useful utilities. All syncs up.
I am logged into my Google account on the GNOME desktop. Syncs my pictures, just werks with email, calendar, etc. It's fucking comfy. And guess what motherfucker, I get fucking work done. You sit around ricing your i3 Arch install on your ChinkPad. I use Fedora, write code for a comf startup, and I'm basically better than you motherfucker. This is a word of warning Jow Forums, >muh botnet does not beat convince. Google wants my location and to target ads towards me in return for these invaluable services? I'm all game motherfucker. Because I get fucking work done. I'm fucking comfy. That's something you lowlifes will never have.
This thread is a shitshow from freetards. Google stuff is comfy as fuck, search is far and beyond everything else out there, almost all their stock apps are top of their category and pretty much the whole world uses their shit one way or another.
I do sorta agree with this though. almost all the shit they've put out after the Nexus 6 is garbage.

Thank you for your patronage. I'm sorry about the evil botnet stuff. We just want to make cool stuff and have no control over that shit.
>Image search displays a wider range of images and doesn't automatically take you to the website. >Doesn't have 'Searches have been removed' >Searches are more raw and more likely to give you what you want rather than what they want like Google.
Bing is better. Try it for a week.
Jeremiah Harris
Bing also had video previews. When searching for porn, I literally use bing, because I know right away whether the video is worth an erection.

How much awareness is there of evil botnet? I sorta feel like it's somewhat of a Jow Forums invented lie. I also think that Hanlon's Razor applies here (Don't attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence) makes a lot of sense. Google makes some good products, but makes so many fucking stupid decisions like how Android went from looking like a unique mobile platform to the pseudo-chink knockoff of an iphone it looks like now. Most of the google services work really really well together though, so thanks for your shit.

Oh and also are there people actually listening to Google Assistant and Google Home voice clips? Seems like a waste of time.

>btw, this is a picture of me and my family >t. OP
cringe and bluepilled use Startpage/Yandex/SearX mute them before they feed you more bluepills

Well which one is the best out of the 3...

the nexus 5x was complete dogshit. the nexus 4 was probably one of the best phones at the time, even considering its wide array of hilarious issues.
the nexus 5x had terrible ergonomics and it was badly engineered, the glass separates from the body in every single one. it wasn't just boring and mediocre it was a forced testbed for experimental features you couldn't opt out of and after updates ended up a worse phone than it was when it came out
i got the nexus s and the nexus 4 when they came out, and was absolutely 100% on board the nexus train, and then they shat in my lap. now i use a blackberry

Searx for privacy Yandex for regular Startpage/Qwant for backup

>t. brainlet When people are talking about the botnet, it's not referring to the NSA agent sitting on the other site monitoring all your actions (even though they could do that if they wanted to, and i might in special cases), it's more your data being collected to be used in "IoT" applications. Google Home has voice recognition and it's never turned off... You try to figure the rest out user

when google forcibly dropped support for their google search app and automatically installed Assistant on people's phones and retroactively made it so that the old google search app no longer worked with the old button shortcut, and made the old button shortcut redirect to Assistant, was the second i started being hostile to google
forcing users to install software that they didn't agree to install, which talks down to you for disabling its permissions? who the fuck do you think you are?
Carter Gonzalez
I know they aren't talking about an NSA agent listening to shit you fucking mongoloid. Amazon admitted to have people literally listening to Echo commands. I'm wondering if people are ever actually listening to shit from the google assistant.
Jayden Gonzalez
Not to side completely with google, but isn't this the same as deprecating other pieces of software?
Angel Morgan
Google deleted my account yesterday for an unspecified terms of service violation. I have not used their services for anything other than what they were intended for.
The botnet is not my fellow DJ. I don't want to be a FOSS cunt, but every time I trust skynet, it fucks me over.

>search is far and beyond everything else out there Yeah it's really good at guiding your thoughts.
>almost all their stock apps are top of their category Until they discontinue them for no reason.
Charles Hernandez
>>almost all their stock apps are top of their category >Until they discontinue them for no reason. Yup that is the stupidest shit and a good reason to hate Google, but it also shows how fucked their business model is when they reward managers for making new shit but maintaining shit gets 0 recgnition so shit festers and rots until it's killed.
Alexander Adams
>in return for these invaluable services? Learn to shill, tard.
