How to insal vmware with artix?

>Why haven't you taken the Artix pill?
Because non techs illiterates know that event-based inits > RC bloat.
If only BSD had launchd...

I try it and its pretty hard to troubleshoot

There's a runit flavor, too.

because im voidchad gang

...

I might. Is repos in Baltic sea region cancer too? Becouae Arch was. And installer was pure cancer to do. Finding good and fast repo was impossible for me. So i steped aside and took Debian pill. For me its fast and reliable distro. Not fully free but at least im free of wincuckshit

Thanks for admitting you have no clue what you're talking about.

I've migrated from arch when it was still 'arch linux without systemd'. Is the installer actually good now? I remember playing with it in a vm a couple of times and it was just shit.

pony fucker os

>use arch installer
why would anyone want this, the point of arch is more control over the installation process then your usual distro

>no systemD
No thanks

I'm excited to, just waiting until the end of finals.

Reddit has a new cartoonist?

Why should I care about the absence of systemd?

The way it's implemented is rather hacky. If you want systemd-less distro Void or Gentoo would be choices.

feet are based
during the summer its just like every girl is walking around topless

because void is already real /comfy/

does Void have any vpn plugins for NetworkManager yet?
The only protocol not blocked at my work is PPTP

Im going to use it just for the Neofetch output now

Don't know, I use openVPN directly. But if you search "vpn" in XBPS packages, a bunch of results come up that mention NetworkManager.

slackware has best installer retard

I was just thinking of switching to void (or maybe gentoo but meh) until I found out about wine64 support. does proton work via steam flatpack?

sweet, it has it now
I might give it another try

Sorry, no idea. I run void on a x230, so gaming is out of the question on this machine. Is there any advantage with installing packages via flatpack over native package manager? Void wiki has a short article about steam, mostly just an installation guide wiki.voidlinux.org/Steam

If you want to game on linux, IMO it's best to stay with more mainstream distros due to more documentation available.

>Is there any advantage with installing packages via flatpack over native package manager?
glibc compatibility in a musl setup (why not?). plus steam litters your home directory with garbage which I'm presuming it won't with a flatpack encapsulation. right now my solution for the latter is firejailing steam to a folder by making it think $HOME is ~/Steam

>that shitty font rendering

because i took the Star pill.

sorry, I don't use autistic hobby distros

Wowie zowie, I feel like I'm viewing a dot-matrix print through a window screen. Have some dignity and fix those fonts.
