>DIC(K)
LMAO XD
Edit: thx for the gold!

step aside, Elder God Tier checking in

I still remember when I was in university, coming home with a bag from Staples and a bag from LCBO (am Canadian). I had a huge smile on my face, which prompted one housemate to say "Jesus... alcoholic much?" Referring to my smile while pointing to the LCBO bag. I corrected him, "No, THIS is why I have a huge smile" and tossed two packs of discount 4 colour bic pens at him lol

>Who are you maining right now?
Parker 15 GT with Pelikan 4001 Blue-Black ink for that water resistance.

I feel like getting a larger piston pen because this thing is tiny and converters don't take a lot of ink.

Lamy safari inked with iroshizuku shin-kai

Pilot G2 4 lyfe

Whatever is closest to me on the desk, should I care about what pen I use? sounds trivial.

KWELT K-03109

>ching chong ping pong ding dong
kys degenerate

>shin-kai
That's some sweet sheen.
With all the nice colors in the iroshizuku range It's really weird to me how kon-peki seems to be the most popular of the bunch.

looks comfy. do you have to hold it far away from the tip in order to NOT smear your fresh ink all over the page? I have a real problem with that, and tend to use quick drying ink

Solid work old style logo pens, box of 1000 just left in abandoned cubical. Took 100ish. Never have to care about pens again.

I have the same in black

How fast inks dry is much more dependent on paper rather than the ink in my experience. On normal copy paper pretty much all of them dry in a few seconds.

used these for the last 7 years
theyre a bit expensive but god damn i love writing with them

>there are people unironically using ballpoint pens over fountain pens

Why don't Anglos use fountain pens? Their handwriting is shit and they compound it by writing everything in biro.

I use fontainpen. A Sailor 1911 full size.

For me, it's the Rotring 600 mechanical pencil.

slightly better than Uniball Signo Gelstick but worse than godtier
>Pilot V5

I use a Venetian glass pen and Herbin 1670 ink.

zebra pens

>not noodlers ink
yikes.

Whatever swag I grabbed from the vendors or hotel of the last conference I visited.

I have about 30-35 bucks to blow, what should I get? I plan on writing extensive notes for self-study

Uniball Jetstream.

Also
>buying pens that weren't designed or at least manufactured in Japan

Wing Sung 601 and a 4.5 oz bottle of Noodler's Bulletproof Black

Is there a good reason to go with the Wing Sung instead of getting a Noodler's pen bundle? I'd heard good things about the Ahab, especially if you mod it with dip pen nibs

> I'd heard good things about the Ahab, especially if you mod it with dip pen nibs
The Ahab is a fun pen and modded can be great for calligraphy, but flex pens really aren't great for normal writing, especially if you are doing extensive writing.
When you aren't using the flex of the Ahab's nib it's just a scratchy fine with inconsistent ink flow.

Noted. Thanks

Are ergonomic pens a meme? Is cursive a meme? I have carpal tunnel and I randomly decided to do search for a good way to write with it and those along with stretching were common responses to the question "Carpal Tunnel makes it impossible to write what do?"

Attached: confused baka.jpg (1080x1080, 90K)

I've been writing cursive since about 8th grade, and it's improved my handwriting by several orders of magnitude. As far as ergonomics go, a lot of strain and carpal tunnel is caused by excessive pressure while writing, so try switching to a rollerball or fountain pen and training yourself to write with little pressure

Ergonomic pens are a scam and cursive is worse for your wrist.
Learn to write on your non-dominant hand. Like practise every time you have a moment where your hands are free. Write the lazy dog mantra over and over until you've got it.
That or get a wrist support and learn to write without moving your wrist and using your shoulder/elbow instead.

>cursive
>meme
Nigga they didn't teach you to write properly at school?

For me its the jetstream

I've been using one of these for the last year

Pilot G2 limited with a uniball signo insert is god tier.
You just have to cut the cartridge to fit.

Anyone else use the Sarasa Zebra brand? That's a comfy pen.

Step aside, best pen coming through

>Lamy
Got a ballpoint pen from them and had a blast just squeezing the beefy spring they put in it. No idea why.

Utilitarian masterpiece

I've got the mechanical pencil version of that and it's shit, the Z905's far better

Sailor 1911 are amazing fountain pens. How much do you like yours? I love mine.

preppy platinum with fountain pen insert instead of cartridge
or uni-ball eco

The best mechanical pencil I have in my entire life.

Attached: 1_1920_1440_kaweco_special_al_druckbleistift_2_0_mm.jpg (1920x1440, 65K)

Mine's great. My next pen's definitely going to be Sailor as well

Love these pens, especially since I write pretty compact. Also a fan of the Rotring Isograph, used the 0.1mm for notes for a few years.

Attached: Pilot Razor Point II Ultra Fine.jpg (1500x1125, 345K)

I use a Fischer Space Pen. Nothing compares.

Attached: 51rm-CmfsxL._SX466_.jpg (466x466, 14K)

one of those doctors office pens with antihistamine pill branding stamped on it and a stylus on the reverse end

Edit: Fisher, not Fischer

Any recommendations for cheap felt tip 0.5mm pens?
