Just live with it. The chinks and ruskies will always run their script kiddy shit against your server.
Employ proper security practices and maybe a whitelist or some kind of security (password or client certificate) for critical shit.

It's not a server though. I play cs:go on linux and I'm paranoid people are fucking with me to mess up my games. I can't live with it, someone must know how to fix it. Apparently it may be ICMP rate limiting.

I installed a firewall off of the ubuntu software app but I don't know how to configure it and also the things I block using iptable doesn't seem to work.

I tried loads of commands I found on the internet to no avail. Installing a vpn and hopefully that will work. Ubuntu seems to have a free one which is amazing.
