fuck off winbabby

What bug are you encountering?

it's 2019

That's not a bug. I'm asking what is broken that the devs are refusing to push an update for.

It lacks telemetry, some A/B testing for button placement and hotkey bindjng

Oh gosh. It's probably not utilizing enough RAM too. Really hope they migrate the UI to electron.

Why do people bother making these threads? For the (You)s?

Evince, from gnome?

so fucking slow loading graphics when compared with everything else

Why does this matter? What needs changing? Replace the UI with one with giant buttons, half the options and a burger menu? Make it use 10x the RAM? Add a loading screen?

Yeah, it's pretty bad, especially for non ocr'd documents. Sometimes it talkes like 10 seconds to load the next few pages. Other than that it's the best PDF reader for Windows.

we need an updated mupdf backend, yes

I just compiled it for x64 latest WINSDK.
If you want it I guess.

Don't let the pre-release fools you, it's stable

It does really great job as Total Commander Lister Plugin:
ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=27145&start=105

As a standalone application, it's useless. It does things the web browser you already have, already does, and nothing more. It may be ''''only'''' ~10MB, but still a bloat if there's no added value.

Opt out telemetry rather than opt in? Trash

mupdf

Windows runs linux now. No excuses

Interesting problem. I don't know the real answer.

It desperately needs better EPUB support.

Right now you have to choose between them being displayed properly and having the ability to search.

I wish it had a feature where you can write your own ToC for a book and append it to the pdf/djvu/etc file.

>2019
That's a feature-breaking problem, indeed

It's done and perfect.

What the fuck are you talking about lol
it is way faster
