Best android emulator

I've never seen anyone sperging about android emulators here yet, so I'm gonna start.
What's the official Jow Forums recommended android emulator?
Is there even anything which beats BlueStacks?

They're all spywares.

This. But nox wins over bluestacks

i use x86 version of android

Isn't there anything not made for manchildren who only want to play gaymes?

Just use the emulator built into Android Studio

find an open source one

I always had the impression that Nox is a lot less stable.

as far as I can tell these days all of the android emulators have become botnet

Are there any? I didn't think there was

They're all slow as shit. I wanted one just for kik and it's not worth it.

nox is a bit faster than bluestacks
Anyways they are all really fucking slow

bluestacks suuuuuuuuucks balls, but it's still the best i've ever tested.

android x86+virtualbox

There was one Android emulator that didn't suck, Leapdroid. And Google acquired it and killed it. Tempted to figure out how to make one myself with the same hope.

just don't install these goddamn chinese spywares

I really want to run apk applications on my PC but I don't want to use any of these shitty spyware programs, does anyone have suggestions?

nested virtualization

What do you mean by this?

If you have an actual android device available, you can mirror the screen and control it with mouse and keyboard with scrcpy. Both through usb and wirelessly. I use it to replace an emulator when I do some app development on my potato laptop. Doesn't do sound yet, though.

Your pc (host) -> windows inside a vm (guest) -> chinese botnet emulator inside that vm.
Honestly I would try to make it work on Linux but last time I tested Anbox it was a pile of garbage.

Also be careful with Anbox in main system, it did some fucked up things for me.
It was a looong time ago so they might be way better now. Try it out and let us know.

The x86 emulator on android studio doesn't run arm apps.

I have never found an emulator on x86 that actually runs arm android apps without being extremely slow. It may as well be impossible.

the shady chink clients make a lot more money by their adware part than their spyware part
spyware is just speculation, but it's fact that the games that are being automatically pushed and downloaded are making them $4-12 depending on how far someone progresses in them

>nox
PUBG detects the emulator...

doesn't work with anything. useless.
