I guess there isn't a huge demand for tech where I am. I'm near JMU so it's strange to me, but whatever. It benefits me I guess.

You guys ever find deals on shit in department stores?

The cost of crawling around them, lost productivity hours, breathing their toxic air, and being amidst their people far outweighs any monetary savings.

Hahaha, you're killing me, man. I had a gift card.

It's a great mouse and a great deal. Glad you found it. I've had mine for years. Definitely get the software and play with customizing the buttons. It's a powerful mouse.

I had the G500 beforehand and the cord had gotten wonky so I bought a cheap replacement off Amazon, then ended up fixing the cable, but I couldn't pass it up for $15.

Honestly didn't think there was that much to improve on from the G500, but the thumb button to quickly lower DPI for a second is super handy, and I like how much more tactile the buttons feel in general.

I'll have to check out the software!

walmart will let you price check walmart.com, i got mine there for 15 bucks too but only because I just saved/changed the html, it was 30 at the time didn't wanna be too suspicious. It's a good mouse tho.

I once got a windows 10 license for free off of a laptop at a thrift store. The two buttons above the thumb button on the side are basically useless though, not easy to reach at all

You know, I never thought to edit the page for a price match. That's a new one to me.
That's the only thing I like about the cheap Amazon mouse that the G series failed me on is the button placement for the thumbs.

Honestly I've really enjoyed that shitty Amazon mouse over the years.

They're probably just trying to get that model off the shelves for good so they can move over to the newer RGB version of it.

God-tier mouse though.

it only works at places like walmart where they just look at your phone and aren't very tech savvy. i tried it at micro center and they brought it up on their computer and caught me lol

I believe the Spectrum is the RGB model, though a wireless version was just announces.

Does anyone have the logitech mouse comparison table for each model?

Saw this according to brickseek near me, should I upgrade my 11 year old MX518 for the new MX518 or this piece of shit?

Neither, but the new MX518 is much better.
t. mx 518 owner of 10+ years, who got a G403 cheap like $29.99 at target when it used to be $59.99, and it sucks, tried using it for a year still cant get used to it compared to mx518.
also g pro.

get the g502 lightspeed

Kill yourself nostalgia faggot. The original 518 is angle snapping, smoothed garbage.

I got the G402. It's bretty gud

I would either go for the new MX518 or the G402 as it's the most similar
G502 is more similar to the G500

Oh cool, more RBG LED lights on my battery powered peripherals. I love having a lower battery life and more charge cycles for superfluous aesthetics!

I got this complete from a mom and pop shop for 60 bucks. It's pretty fucking amazing.

What the fuck is going on with those buttons?

It's almost as if there's a wired and wireless version of it, where the wireless version can be charged by the mouse pad or better, disable the lighting

It's a fantastic mouse, enjoy it.

How did you guys map the buttons for casual use?

G502 is overrated as fuck.

>only mouse that feeds my autistic needs of 4 side buttons is the wireless logitech g700
>buy one when it was on sale
>new model
>60€+
>mouse starts to double click

What's the issue with a 502?
Why a 402 over it?
