i am using it. BUT i just don't like how WIndows still is horribly slow on HDD. i refuse to use SSD but i might buy it some day. Like 128Gb SSD for windows or Linux root install. So i dont really spend that much. And if i install GNU/Linux i can just try to use /home on difrent drive.

Sometimes windows just starts using 100% of the disk for something I don't really understand. This used to happen alot in the Pro version, I don't think it happens on LTSB tho, at least not that I've noticed.
Also, why would they slow down HDDs on purpose.

LTSC is just the cumulative feature update
LTSB was based on the 2016 version of win10 with only security updates
LTSC implemented the feature updates all the way up to the 2019 version of win10 after everyone else bug tested them for 3 years.
