Have you seen the heatsink design of macbook pros in recent years? It is impossible for this to cool sufficiently given how much heat these cpus put out, and how paper thin the chassis is.
Paper thin laptops will not work with high TDP equipment. Paper thin means the cooling has to be paper thin as well and that equals terrible cooling.
