yes, it's supposed to beat a 9900k

It's 4.8GHz, not 5.0GHz, but that won't matter much when it'll have massive performance increases in FP perf and a decent integer performance increase.

That depends on the model, there will be a model that can boost up to 5GHz, but with a lower base clock.
People are constantly mixing up base and boost clocks.

there were fake leaks?

I feel you man

AMD will now be compatible with android x86, adobe products, and emulators.

I wish.

Intel bought Lisa Sou and befor she left she released fake leaks so that Intel get the 7nm technologie

What about that?

6c
65w
yeah this pajeet is fucking retarded

Attached: 5cd.png (225x225, 50K)

High Performance CPU gets released in May... WHERE THE FUCK IS IT AMD?

What's so retarded about that? 1600 and 2600 were 6c at 65W

>Released
it clearly says announced you mong.

amdronesTV didnt get enough patreon shekels so the leaks are little bit off

AMD Ryzen 3 3300 6 / 12 3.2 / 4.0 GHz 50 Watt ~ 97,93 Euro

Yeah amd is going to butcher their own previous products
/g iq

But i want it NOW

>Intel utterly destroyed Bloomfield with Sandybridge
>AMD wont utterly destroy Zen 2 with Zen 3 because reasons

You mean Zen2+

Have X56 Chipset with seperat South/Northbridge...
Has 1366 Socket
Has I7 960 4 Core CPU
Still holds a candle after 10 years of Intel...

AMD rises up with 16 cores.
I just say, I'm pretty much sold

>Has I7 960 4 Core CPU
>i7 960 holds up
It's worse than fucking bulldozer.

I know but for 10 years of technology improves... its a joke what we have so far...

New Kindle Firestick will come with Ryzen 3000

AM5 comes with no socket at all

Jim said he is not telling us. better send him more patreon bucks ;)

Anyone believes that the 3850X will hit 5.1 Ghz with Boostclock?

I am building a new encoding/workstation pc, and I have decided that I'm going to buy either the 7940x or the 7960x. The reason I am considering the 7960x is because where I live, the 7940x costs $1663 and the 7960x costs $1748.

Is the 7960x worth the extra $85?

I am also considering gaming on the pc in the future, and I think the 7940x will be better for gaming because of its higher clock speed.

Any help is appreciated.

The 2700 is 8c and 65w and it's old...

>yes, it's supposed to beat a 9900k
AMD publicly demonstrated a 65w TDP Zen 2 8-core beating a 9900k in Cinebench R15, do that's not a rumor.

Note that a 65w TDP is like the 2700, not the 2700x, and the 95w version will of course be some percentage faster than the 65w, and thus clearly faster than the 9900k.

Maybe on a single core for ten seconds.

AMD uses the LP node, not HP. LP performs terrible at high clocks, think RX590: energy effective arch overclocked to the max.

>AMD uses the LP node, not HP. LP performs terrible at high clocks, think RX590: energy effective arch overclocked to the max.
What the fuck are you talking about? AMD is using 7nm HP for Zen 2.

I wished Ryzen 3000 would ve come with AM5, PCIe 5 and ddr5

waiting for Ryzen 5000 instead

ehhh sir, these cpus are vulnerable. do yourself a favor and buy another cpu.

just wait a few more weeks for comet lake to come out

as if you would benefit from those, gaymur

Put em overpriced shit back in the lake they came from

Why when zen2 will beat it for under half the price in a month

>even knows the cents
yeah this is legit

I wonder, why isnt there another Brand makin Intel AND AMD sweat?

if i'm wanting a mid range gaming pc ($1k)

do i go with 3300X or 3600?

3300X looks great bargain for gaming, but could 3's have a shit cache compared to 5's?

>gaming
All new zen2 cpus are confirmed to have dogshit memory latency so I don't know why you are waiting

I believe the time where you had to look for ca he rather then clockspeed are gone... If you game on it you sure dont gona have to take it sirious... Multicore for gaming is still not a thing so...

so you're saying 3300X is better bargain for gaming probz?

guess i could wait for some benchmarks

Source? All sources has been twitter samples or made up stuff from the company counting 0.8 + 0.9 = 2 together... Kinda ironic to put that under OPs Treahd

you do know that the prices are falling and will keep falling?
Here is price history for 2700x on geizhalz

Attached: 2700x.jpg (282x202, 17K)

If you thinking about buying a 3000 Model, firat wait until we get confirmed stats

Because Intel and AMD have a duopoly because patents.

8 core 16 threads APU sounds pretty good for some potato builds

>All new zen2 cpus are confirmed to have dogshit memory latency
Oh? Go ahead and show me the technical analysis that measures the relative effects of the chiplet set up vs. the doubling of L3 cache. I've been looking for such a technical analysis for months, so I'll be very interested to read it.

please cope, AMD is shit for games

Ah, so by 'confirmed' you meant 'Source: My ass'.

The same source as your all core 5ghz @ 16c

>Any new fake leaks about Ryzen 3000?

>Nigger money

Attached: 1508035525388.jpg (511x559, 73K)

>implying anybody serious ever said this
Intel aviv shills working overtime to frame this launch as poorly as they can. Now when it launches and doesn't do 5ghz on all cores they'll act like that was what everyone was expecting, and since it doesn't do it, it's a disappointment.

The shilling is going to be hot and heavy once the real benchmarks drop.

It has a mode where you can turn a 16 core CPU into a 4 core CPU, but each virtual core use the power of four cores to deliver twice the IPC.

It comes alive at night and fucks you in the ass.

Attached: 1554932166785.jpg (758x644, 64K)

That would be pretty incredible, but hard, like even harder than getting multi GPU to work properly including shared memory.
I'm sure such a thing is possible in hardware, but software would be an absolute nightmare.
It is much easier to get software to scale better across more cores.

Thats... actually possible to implement in a CPU

>possible

The last time I saw good code was 2003. Since that date on dec. nothin impressed me anymore...

>I'm sure such a thing is possible in hardware
I'm sure it isn't.

Challanger appeard, user vs user, again...

No reason for a fight, user.
AMD is a religion of peace, after all.

>amdrones take everything back now that they know it's bullshit
Classic

Attached: 1200px-IronWarAxe.png (1200x1074, 489K)

Imagine shilling for a brand for free.

>hurr durr nobody realized xfr existed
Do you have any idea how retarded you sound right now

That 3700x is making me horny. Hopefully my x470 board can handle it

Epic bait

Raise prices by ~50 euros

Still better than Shitel

I don't know what would be better, if the hype is real so I can buy a non-pozzed CPU, or if this turns out to be Bulldozer 2.0 for all the drama that will ensue.

it is muslim money you fucking amerishat

Attached: face.jpg (474x430, 31K)

or asian descent money, call it however you like it but it has to be one of the 2 I told ya

>3300G
>better than 3400G
Yeah, no

Forgot to say that you can call it nigger money after, africa will be added to EU or when Africa will join EU(officialy)

No but now rumors about Zen 3 are leaking that it will be 4 threads per core and stacked dram.

Thats what new products do. they replace and outperform the older products.

you fucking dense single digit IQ motherfucker

I personally would buy the 7980x The other cpus are for poor people.

besides, its not like any new cpu will come out and beat the 7980x anytime soon

you're not funny

You sure about that? Also it's 2 years older than bulldozer.
cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-960-vs-AMD-FX-8150/m778vs2006

You just compare random anons with random anons like me... Are you new to 4 chan? Better said, are you capable of reading? Because this Thread is AMD based, if you ever heard of the title.

Drink bleach and shoot yourself in the mouth, you fucking failed abortion.

Religion has nothing to do with /g, please go to /b

It might not be true today but we can talk about that again in 100 years.

>userbenchmark
>relevent

Performance gains for FX CPUs over the last years thanks to better multicore support. They're still way behind tho

what benchmark sites do ya use?

Anything else than userbenchmark.

>being so cucked that you only know intel wattages
zen is very efficient, bud. They're already more efficient than listed.

I was trying to sound like a retarded Intel consumer.

The man has clearly been indoctrinated by the international jew.

Every new CPU generation must have more vulnerabilities, have less performance and cost more than the previous one.

I'm waiting for the AM5+ 7000 series before i put my build together, 3.5nm

Bro, I way overspent on my first gaming PC as a kid

A 2200g + RX 570 is mid-range and really cheap. Maybe get a 2600. Do 16gb of ram and use pc part picker. The whole thing should be less than $600.

>6c
>65w
uhm yeah AMD literally released an 8c/16t 65W at stock settings
