Take one of the files in your profiles sessionstore_backups folder, move it to the profile root folder and rename it to sessionstore.jsonlz4 and restart firefox.

You could learn to use bookmarks like a non-incel.

This Also change "browser.sessionstore.interval" from 15000 to say, 300000.

browser.sessionstore.interval determines when your open tabs are saved to sessionstore.jsonlz4. Set to 15000 your storage device gets teh >rape.
15000 = 15 seconds
300000 = 5 minutes
