If there's no government regulation of crypto that makes it actually safe to use, then this will be what causes normies to flock to it...given that it's just kikebook starting it's own cryptocurrency.
And that's the problem. Because kikebook will never ever do anything that actually respects your privacy and freedom. Every purchase will be tracked, they will know exactly what you bought and where and they'll know it was you. What they will offer is something a lot more convenient than any other cryptocurrency can: install the app, enter your CC info, buy however many coins as you want, and spend them wherever apple and google pay are accepted. They might even be the only cryptocurrency that can be exchanged for cash at a bank.

But you can't just trade it all for bitcoin, they'll kick off anyone they don't like if they get donations though it, you have only one address for your wallet instead of a zillion and your wallet isn't even on your machines.
