what i hate is how after closing/reopening this garbage always redownloads deleted shit from RSS. only way to fix it is to manually mark RSS as read. last i heard it was an issue with libtorrent or some shit but it's been an issue for years now.

It doesn't start randomly you flying fucking fucking retard. And it doesn't start randomly on any given torrent client period. There are these things called seeders and that's what it depends on. They just chose to name the lack of them and the download not starting "stalled", whereas other torrent clients just show a blank or gray space.
