Well, Euphoria is in English already, so it's translation won't be of any challenge, apart from its size, large enough to not even concider translating it alone. I'm not Rouge with his Monster Girl Quest, unfortunately. Kuroinu is translated only partially, but it's fucking huge.
Otomaid@Cafe is, funnily enough, fully translated in English too, like Euphoria — didn't expect that one to be a fact, although doesn't matter to me, because, I've played through it, like, a couple months late its release.
But as for Otomaid — that's the one I'd actually love to translate some time, especially taking in account it's relatively small size and that it's in English already. Would be a clean and quick swipe of a translation, even taking it on alone.

Well, there are two parties translating Kimi ga Nozomu Eien in English right now, one of them being an official company, no news about when it will be finished, though.

It's just that translating 300-400 Japanese lines a day (some of them having 3-4 sentences per line) is not an easy task, let me tell you. Especially when it's just a hobby.
