windows 10 does need a classic theme, I will admit I am impressed by the compatibility that windows 10 32 bit has with legacy software (I've gotten software that was meant for windows 3.1 to run on it) but it still looks ugly and 32 bit windows XP can be compatible with legacy software too.

I have an 8 core AMD processor and 16 GB of memory, it doesn't bog down my system, but does make it noticeably slower.

Remove all the BS start menu app and it looks the same. The real issues with W10 is the seperated settings system. There's the control panel which is the legacy option, and there's the new settings app which is the default settings while lacking a lot of options from control panels.
