Are you aware of the fact that we now have terabyte MicroSD cards?
Thought you should know that.

>we now have terabyte MicroSD cards?
We don't. It's extremely expensive.

That'll change in time.
For now, it's an impressive achievement.

Time to buy a Chromebook.

Just one for $30 on ebay.

An NVMe 1 TB is substantially cheaper. Why bother?

It costs 500 dollars.

Are you aware of the fact that we now do not have terahertz CPUs?
Thought you should know that.

What are the actual production costs of those tiny cards?

Yes, are you?

thanks for looking out for us, op

suppose you need to take a really big picture

>sd card
hi gramps

Perfect for the pizza recepies if you know what i mean

I was aware a long time ago, I was under the impression they have been out for quite some time but extremely expensive. I remember recently when buying a 64 GB microSD you still spent close to 100 dollars. Now just 2 months ago I bought a 400 GB for the same price as my 32 GB I bought in 2014.

True for now, but 5-10 years from now 1tb micro sds will be like 128gb sds are now. like 20 buxs.

I cant wait till 4tb SSDs are sub 150, ill buy a fuckload of them.

People consider MicroSD cards too slow for current tech, see all of the new phones that don't have MicroSD slots. I like them and wish they would be improved upon.

Some weren't too bad, my old Pentium 4 got to 4.5 ghz, but I had to cool it in a fish tank, but it still was pretty hot at about 70c under load.

We livin' in the future.

Old news. We've had 2 TB for some time now, for cheaper than that one is.

Ah yes, because it's clearly so much superior to simply buy another phone when I run out of space.

i know
and 25$ 200gb cards
will get one

That's far cheaper than I thought.

Ok mr. SanDisk intern, please sell me on them now

It's a MicroSD card.
It holds 1 TB of stuff, twice the size of the previous biggest one.
What more do you want?

I just bought a 64GB Micro SD for $9 on newegg and my mind is sort of blown.

Shrek predicted this.

>Are you aware of the fact that we now have terabyte MicroSD cards?

But... but... my phone supports 2TB cards, WTF man... 1TB, a pittance, pathetic.

Are you aware of the fact that flash kikes are still fucking our asses with flash prices?

Does anyone even know what this shit means anymore

How do microSDs, flash drives, and SSDs compare?
Specifically, how do they compare for not crapping out and destroying your archives?

could storage is better

SSDs are generally far, far more durable than the other two, which seem to be close to on par with each other on average. You can get high tier micro SDs and flash drives, but they're very expensive per GB. It's mostly all in the controller and overprovisioning.

>30MB/s writes
Literally trash.
