Have the task manager run constantly then.

>Band aid
Also it will probably have a keylogger. Crypto malware is hardcore shit. It can turn you into a miner, get your bank shit, or randomware the drive. Even the fucking bios or firmware can be infected requiring a new motherboard or SSD

check with process monitor. You can also open the console prompt and type "tasklist", and it will list all processes.

I saw you on tv first

run something like malewarebytes, you got a miner on your pc that hides itself when TM is open

really sherlock? thanks for letting us know

enjoying your eternalBlue chink miner?

i found a poor man's taskmgr on stack overflow
Get-Counter '\Process(*)\% Processor Time' `
| Select-Object -ExpandProperty countersamples `
| Select-Object -Property instancename, cookedvalue `
| Sort-Object -Property cookedvalue -Descending | Select-Object -First 20 `

i hate microsoft

soon enough all processes will have the same fucking name, it will just be a fucking list of processes named redacted.

>start task manager
>cpu usage goes down from 72% to 20%

How do I prevent getting chinked like OP? I don’t have to worry about this shit on mobile do I?

Phones don't get viruses, literally nothing to worry about.

>come home from buying tendies at store

When you have software like Windows, who needs malware?

>cmd.exe pops open for half a second

Attached: 1547689885892.jpg (550x545, 52K)

I've never had any of these problems before in my entire life and I'm a dirty Windows user. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I only run legitimate copies of windows and I don't pirate software/games? Seriously, that's the only thing I could see giving you garbage in your system.

Why the racism?

>close windows update notif
>it pops up instantly right after again

>PC runs quietly and efficiently

What you're referring to as malware, is in fact Windows 10. Some system process kicks in on idle and then immediately vacates the CPU as quick as you can unminimize task manager.

>Run Malwarebytes
>No threats detected
Safe.... right?

>What you're referring to as malware, is in fact Windows 10
He's right then

The fans on my new gaming PC ran loudly until I went into BIOS and realized I'm supposed to calibrate them so they know what temperatures to adjust their speed to. Prior to calibration they were just spinning 100% all the time.

Yes. It contains a keylogger too.

Are there any non-malware reasons this could happen?

you can leave the browser on at night (no hibernation) and it will shit up to 10 gigs on disk

this is a punishment from GOD

Or at least a punishment from Sativa Nutella

>games are stuttering like shit whenever the cpu isnt 100% used and you dont know why

>browsing porn sites in early 2000s

>computer is slow
>open taskmanager
>system interrupts briefly at 100%
>windows search app ~40%
>windows compatability something at 20%
>stops after 2 seconds
They can't even hide it.

Yes a non-malicious program might be stupid enough to call cmd for a shell command instead of using proper methods. And they didn't do the windows api calls to set the window to be hidden.
Malware only shows up like that sometimes because of their methods being more like human input. Most likely.

I always felt so much pity for the boy in toy story. I didn't know the language at the time so it looked like all the toys were having fun and they just play dead when the boy they don't like come over.
A lot of the movie looks like they're plotting against him.
