Trying to build a PC

Trying to build a PC.
I’ve built about 30-40.
Ryzen 2700
X470 Aorus ultra gaming
Red light VGA error. Don’t have GPU connected
Error still there when connecting GPU in and powering it. Boards powered. What now Jow Forumsuys?
Any ideas on what it could be?

Well for starters it will not boot without a GPU because the 2700 doesn't have integrated graphics.
Try another video card

Oh, okay. That’s been probably why.

Delete yourself retard.

But I said that I’ve put a GPU in and still got the error.

Then try other GPU

Are you taking the piss?

Tried another gpu. Nothing still. Now the boot led is lit. And no bios.

Is you video cable connected to the installed GPU ?

I’ve tried to the GPU and to the Mobo. Nothing.

That's what you get for buying Niggabyte.

Try a different PCI slot? Try a single sick of RAM rather than well four?

Disconnected everything in frustration. And I’m not sure what happened but it booted to bios.

So, where is my m.2 pcie 240 gen supposed to appear here?

It cleared cmos for you after a bunch of failed attempts to boot

You're literally dumb as a brick.

>dumb as a brick
>bought Gigabyte
seems legit

I won’t deny that I’m stupid as fuck.
But atleast I’m trying instead of paying someone to do this for me. It’s always best to learn how to do things yourself.

I’m looking for the m.2 and sata option.

Chipset maybe ?

Chipset brings me here

Disable the chipset sata port and see if it will show up

Goddamnit, this is the same issue I had on my ryzen. GPU LED (MSI B350) was on but it's always a damn RAM training BIOS issue. Lol, good thing you kept trying and waited until it booted properly

>I've built 40 computers

Fuck off retard.

Thanks bud. Ryzen has the weirdest issues. Even though it’s lowkey better than intel atm. It’s pissing me off with all the weird issues it has.

I’ve built PCs for others. This thing was just being dumb. And I’ve never used GB for mother boards so idk where to go for the m.2

So anyone know on a gigabyte board the m.2 option is. I wanna install windows on it. And the motherboard doesn’t detect it.

Are you serious m8

What?

m.2 won't show up till you've run your w10/whatever installation, needs boot manager. had the same issue with my installation a week ago. nothing's wrong (unless you don't see it in the install screen)
