That's definitely an obstacle but that can be practiced. I used to be extremely socially retarded but with enough practice I managed to ace interviews. Granted, it took me several jobs before I was able to fix my autism enough to stay employed for longer than 9 months but that's another story.

I mean you can try to learn batch, which is basically the easiest programming language I've seen. And then make a game and sell it on steam. Has been done before: Sanctuary RPG, for example.
Of course, if you don't want to think you can always just grind the some other skills like: drawing, planning, muscles, math, streaming (probably a no because you're a NEET). Just do anything, anything that doesn't require a decade of studying.
If all fail you can always just exercise and then join the military or something, don't need too much brain for that.
