dont have this problem with gentoo, literally never broke past initial installation and i only update if i have nothing important to do

Problel fixed, it turns out the system was too retarded to move a fucking log file ( Xorg.0. log) to a folder making startx impossible to start.
How can they be so retarded holy shit ?

Yeah I should probably switch but it would be a real pain in the ass to do so and I'm too lazy.

It literally tells you on the screen how to solve the issue.

That doesn't explain why this shit decided to break for no reason.

Just werks for me, maybe if you're so retarded you shouldn't use Arch

>encounter an issue like this
>post question on stackexchange
>"works fine on my machine"
>question closed

what the fuck did you do

>maybe if you're so retarded you shouldn't use Arch
I literally did absolutely nothing to break it, didn't even updated it before.
Stop being delusional and admit how bloated this distro really is.

absolutely nothing wrong

The fact that you came here proves you're too retarded to fix this shit, if you had any intelligence you'd fix it yourself, failing that you'd go to the Arch fourm, Not come to fucking Jow Forums, given how retarded you are it's a miracle you haven't forgotten how to breathe

see
I already fixed it faggot so stop projecting your own incompetence.
All i'm complaining about is how retarded this distro is for breaking for absolutely no reason at all.

>no reason
the machine would not make a mistake

>the machine would not make a mistake
Imaging believing this and still pretending not to be retarded.

I'm far from knowing wtf I am doing with Arch or Linux in general but even so managed to install it two times, not a single issue whatsoever.

imagine being a zoomer

Once again retard the fact that it broke doesn't make you retarded, the fact that you asked about it on Jow Forums makes you retarded, additionally the whole fucking point of Arch is that it is bleeding age at the expense of stability, if you were worried about "muh breakages" you should have just used Debian

your screenshot had nothing to do with xorg

>Arch is that it is bleeding age at the expense of stability
but that's wrong you retard

Is this bait? If it's not then you're probably literally retarded.

That's literally the whole purpose of Arch you fucking retard, if not that then what else? If you wanted a stable rolling release you can have it, if you want a stable system that you configure yourself you could have it, but instead you install Arch and come onto Jow Forums to complain, absolute fucking state of Jow Forums these days

>Now I have to call my mom
Underage b&

>installing an OS without knowing it's basic fucking premise
holy fuck

It does actually, after the "reached target graphical interface" nothing happened and it stayed like that.
The graphical interface refused to start because of that file who couldn't be moved.

>he doesn't have a mom to call when he have trouble
I feel bad for you user, really.

no it doesn't actually
and if a log file was the issue = you fucked up permissions

>no it doesn't actually
According to startx it does
>and if a log file was the issue = you fucked up permissions
Maybe you're right

>How can they be so retarded holy shit ?
Who gives a fuck, just use an installer and avoid this bullshit altogether.

I forgot to say, this isn't the installation I already did that 4 years ago.
I just shut down my computer like always and the next day when I turned it on I got this error.

lol why is she so scared of a bread

>According to startx it does
ok post pic

>i only update if i have nothing important to do
Do you listen to yourself when you speak?

>ok post pic
He won't because it's not an issue with x

He wanted the REAL arg linuggs experience

I won't because I will not fuck up my computers just to show you I am right.

>how bloated this distro
AHAHAHA

Ok kid. Come back when you know more about GNU/Linux

>Hard to configure
yes sometimes, cus it requires the user to have some basic knowledge in how the system works, or read guides in the meantime
>bloated
yea,, no

Flatlander woman

>I have the same monitor
try to run manually the DHCP service
and check the syslog for some errors

That's what you get for not using NetworkManger you neet cunt

Werks on my machine

this is why you don't use systemd
