you mean 5 days before holocaust 2?

Not just holocaust 2, Holocaust 2 : Electric Jewgaloo.

Kike body, pajeet skin and shilling for American company. Irl is anybody like this?

why it can't come sooner man

Jewish company*

3950X is going to be the greatest CPU of all time $500 for the highest scores in MT and ST and it will have a low TDP. That's unbelievable. This is unprecendented.

Yawn.. Wake me when poozen beats my 2600k @5.4 in gaming in a few years

Since the first one didn't happen it's really going to be Holocaust 1.0.

The first Holocaust happened in 2017...

>5.4ghz
>on 2600k
ln2 gamer

I'm more excited about seeing what Navi is really about, we already had so many zen2 leaks

>tfw my i7-920 refuses to die and I can't justify buying a new cpu when i already have one that works

actually top 0.01% of chips did that on 360mm+ liquid loop but doubt that poster actually has one.

t. 2500k 5.2ghz 1.55v 2011-2014 until the actual chip died

>chip died
welp

>3950X is going to be the greatest CPU of all time $500

You mean $749

The 12c/24t 3900X is $500

16 cores on 7nm for $749 damn

latencysperg hasn't shown up yet?

Probably shut up after attention brought to Intel context switch times.

>3950X is 2 (two) months away
Fuck this gay earth

When the fuck are the zen2 laptop processors coming?

The 7nm APUs codenamed Renoir won't launch until probably mid 2020.
The 12nm Picasso APUs for mobile launched at CES this year.

ANTISEMITISM

absolutely ready.
the new IMC is going to be so much fun.

Post EU prices in your country if you've got them. I'd like to know if I'm getting jewed or not.

Ryzen 3 3200G (Zen+) - 109€
Ryzen 5 3400G (Zen+) - 164€
Ryzen 5 3600 - 219€
Ryzen 5 3600X - 274€
Ryzen 7 3700X - 362€
Ryzen 7 3800X - 439€
Ryzen 9 3900X - 549€

first etailer to list them used similar prices first, then increased up to 650€ for the 3900X before taking the offer down.
Amazon Germany offered preorders with similar prices earlier today - also taken down by now.

Same, mine is still going but to be honest 10 years is a good innings and I'd like to play around with a new PC that doesn't take 30 seconds to POST and heat up the room when doing anything remotely taxing.

OcUK has stated R5 3600 price is £188.99, so MSRP. Hopefully other chips will be too.

Chinks and a dude from OCUK have revealed that this crap has 0 OC headroom. These CPOOs will lose to an overclocked 6700k from 2015. Glad I got a 9900k!

SOPA

don't forget memory latency
I am sure a 4790k will suffice

>believing in chinks
I'll wait till the 7th until I make my judgement

>this crap has 0 OC headroom
this
it actually can't even boost to advertised values
the 3600 can only get to 3.95 before throttling and the 3600x to 4.05

something has gone MASSIVELY wrong with the design

You don't need some Chinese leaks to tell that Zen2 has low OC headroom. They needed LN2 to reach 5.2ghz.
People will be lucky to get any clocks stable above peak XFR frequency. Same as with Zen1/Zen+
Performance is still good all around despite that.

Dont imply any one needs cores or threads. A 3770 should handle well enough.

But not as good as a good 6700k sample from Intel in ST performance. Poozen needs to use more cores as a clutch even with 7nm/giant L3 cache due to its inferior core design.

Can you believe that people pretend that Zen 2 is AMD wrecking Intel? Barely matching Skylake 4 years later and losing to refreshed Skylake while being a node ahead...AMD will be finished when Tigerlake is out.

>1.55v
>chip died
HUH I WONDER WHY

getting 3 years out of a cpu at that voltage isn't even bad lol

Yes it is, having a chip last only 3 years is fucking terrible.

nope, it begins next Sunday. rev up the ovens, oh wait, Intel already have done that.

I'm probably going to upgrade my ancient haswell rig finally. I'll probably get 12 cores just because I can.

4670kelvin housefire sttuter edition here, my nigga, that exactly what i am going to do.

Probably a downgrade in ST performance if you have a 4790k.

it's 2-3 generations.
i used my ivy bridge for 6 years before switching, but i can't really argue with burning through CPUs at twice that rate if you have the cash.

UMA DELICIA

Literally cope

Its a nice option if you want to turn your PC into a server.

You get better performance by not overclocking.
The reasons for overclocking chips is obsolete.
Its what you did in the old days when your computer needed an extra boost to run programs.
Now running programs is not an issue, most are overclocking just to push benchmarks.
Performance with programs matter not some benchmark to virtue signal your stupid.
Advertising benches, overclocking doesn't help with running a program that is stable, useful and needs to work without crashing or causing other problems.

yeah, I've since moved offgrid, the power consumption and heat are quite noticable - Next build will be targetting low power consumption

is there no 3700 (non-X)? will it be released later?

3700X would be 3700 and 3800X would be 3700X but AMD wanted to squeeze some extra shekels from goyim.

Literal same boat.
