So I am actively trying to debloat Windows 10 because it is unironically my main OS, however no matter what I do I always get random spikes of CPU usage from sppsvc.exe and it basically takes up a whole core worth of power out of my 4-core CPU. How the fuck can I stop this shit from happening? If I disable the service I start getting that stupid fucking overlay saying that I need to activate Windows 10 in the lower right, and if I just ignore it after a while it starts itself up again.
Please help bros I don't know what else I can do at this point to make this OS a little less shit.
The main reason I left Windows was so that I could decided what software my computer runs. No amount of tweaking will get you that kind of control on Windows.

Stop fighting it. Most people gave up doing so within 2 years of Windows 10 coming out. It is not going to get better.

LTSB comes with almost nothing, I don't even think it has a web browser pre-installed, LTSC is more updates with a few more new windows features. It still has very little bloat, but more so than LTSB
