aren't the fans on these like 40db?

got one because am4, god i'm happy. went from noname twin tower cooler to this thing, noise is pretty much inexistent now, it's cooling rather well too

tthere used to be a incredibly cheap thermaltake thermalmaster or w/e fan , that had the highest performance per USD ever

do they still produce that one?

Not soi brown meme fans, sorry user.

Pathetic.

I just installed this yesterday, and damn it's the fucking best. $45 with free shipping, nickel plated copper everywhere, 6 heatpipes, 29 dB at 100%. I bought a second fan for it, but it's not really necessary. It asymmetric, so there wasnt much room for it anyway. Unfortunately I can't seem to get cool 'n quiet to work anymore. I made sure the power plan was correct, It's on and ser to Pstate 2, voltage is in offset mode. Is there anything I'm missing here?

dont even talk to me unless you're rocking one of these slick daddies

>no dumbfuck scrap of metal hanging off your motherboard and blocking a bunch of space
>will always be cooler and quieter as long as you buy the set appropriate to the temps you're dealing with
>no need to bother with do-it-yourself water cooling autism

inb4 'leaks'. You have as much chance having your system randomly shit itself from any other component.

reset bios to defaults and it should be fine. And then from there on you work your way forward

how low iq are you that you cant change the fans to whatever the fuck you want?

I've literally been using the same H60 for almost 4 years now. Still going strong.

Are these worth it if only getting the 1 fan and not 2?

Im a noob and want to overclock my r5 2600.

>2019
>still using air cooling
big fat kek

>cooler and quieter.
nope. they are actually louder as the fan isnt inside the case.
the cooling is identical to a good air cooler. enjoy your overpriced meme.

>100% reliable
>wont fuck your system up if it breaks
why are you not using a massive block of a cpu heatsink?

Scythe Choten here. I'm the only person in the western part of the world with it.
