The old models were thin enough. Making them slightly thinner is not a bad thing per se but if it comes at the cost of a terrible keyboard it's not worth it

Look, I prefer having a smaller volume and footprint machine at a lighter weight (even though I dont really have an issue with bigger machines either) but at some point its just not worth it.
We are stuck on the same battery life as 5 years ago, performance gets gimped due to throttling, machines are a soldered- and glued together mess and ports keep vanishing because retards just NEED to shave off another 50 grams and another 1mm thickness. Its fucking horrifying.
