OP7Pro users, what would be your next phone?

How new are you? You can link to it just with the post number:

Recently got a a70 and its pretty damn good phone.

No risk at all, flashing the MIUI Beta ROM was literally the first thing I did with my Xiaomi phone after I took it out of the box and I never had any issues. Many people also recommend the Xiaomi.eu ROM (xiaomi.eu) which is basically an optimized and debloated MIUI custom ROM, it's based on the Beta ROM so it has all the same features and fixes.

>Btw the rom for the Mi9 family isn't in that link. I suppose it's easy to get somewhere alse, right?
Here's the latest beta ROM download for Mi9:
en.miui.com/download-361.html

And for Mi9 SE here (can't post direct link because Jow Forums thinks it's spam):

No clue, this baby is just great. I can't see myself buying another phone until 2023.

OP7T Pro with 10x zoom

Does it have a removable battery?
See, you will buy another phone in 2021.

I recently got a Moto G7 and HOLY SHIT does that thing sick power. just idling drains it's battery real fast.
So I was thinking about returning it and getting a G7 Power instead.
I mostly watch YouTube, listen to music and read and write longer texts. Will the difference in display resolution be apparent? I heard the battery life on the G7 Power is astronomical

Attached: Untitled-1Motorola-Moto-G7-Power-Price-in-Pakistan-600x600.jpg (600x600, 18K)

I've had amazing battery life on every Moto G phone I've had. Something's not right, go check the battery usage, maybe there's some shady app running in the background wasting resources.

>picked up a Tab A 2019 instead of a chinkshit tablet

Pleasantly surprised. I forgot how comfy tablets can be especially for viewing giantess porn

Attached: samsung-galaxy-tab-a-10-2019-review.jpg (740x463, 52K)

>So I was thinking about returning it and getting a G7 Power instead.
Do that, it's literally the only Moto phone worth buying

All seems normal. Twitter is biggest user with 8% since last charge.
Usually I leave house by 7 AM and return by 8 PM, at which point the phone is at 20-35%. Although I check Twitter and other apps quite frequently. Most commonly the free Microsoft Word app combined with Dropbox

>still waiting for the Mi A3 edition
what would be a realistic estimate? that phone would be perfect for me
sitting in EU

2gb? Other than that and the ips screen, it looks comfy. How do you find the screen and is the UI cancer?

Do oled screens always on waste a lot of battery?

I'm kinda looking for a way to put a fake led on screen for notifications (using a galaxy a 50) but that'd require the always on display to be enabled at all times.

OLED activates each pixel independently. So if you have a black pixel, the pixel stays off. If you use a lot of black themes (night mode) or use a black wallpaper, OLED is great for saving battery life.

I still don't know of buying a Mi9 is a good choice for 360€, I'm supposed to receive it the 10th July...

it's insanely good value compared to literally every other phone

3gb, the screen is pretty nice. I'm not sure how to put it but regular colors look just good but bright colors like what you see from anime or 2d artwork really pops. I would say the speakers are the only thing I feel disappoined with. Two bottom facing speakers which are loud enough in a quiet room by yourself but they are not stereo surround and can be drowned out pretty easily by other noises even at high volume. Unlike other Samsung tablets it has a headphone jack so I guess it's not really a problem.

Other than that it's fucking great. The exynos processor feels snappy and responsive. The screen has double tap to wake. It's not too thin. 128gb of internal storage for this price feels like pretty solid value imo.

Yeah but that notch and 3300mha battery... There are insane promotions on the old galaxy line up like the note 9.

the notch is tiny after the system update and the battery life is still good because the processor is efficient. a notch also means smaller bezels/a bigger screen

Hi spg, do you have a phone recommendation for someone who isn't too tech savvy but wants a higher-end phone that will last 4-5 years but most importantly, has a really top-quality camera. He'll use it for video a bit, but mostly wants it for still images since he can't carry around a proper DSLR everywhere. So high image quality and good optical zoom are important, as well as decent battery life. Any recommendations? Happy to look at chinese brands however don't know anything about them.

OP7Pro

As if it's difficult to get the battery replaced should I need to.

WHAT. it worked a few weeks ago and they just remove it? What for? There is still this developer option though.

>chink OS
>having to resort to custum OS

Thanks for the suggest, the 48 MP rear camera looks decent, but only 3x optical zoom? seems like a lot of money for nice tech and screen, but thats not something he'd appreciate.

Zoom is for gayniggers, what the fuck man you think you'll get 10x optical zoom? Tell your friend to get a DSLR or something because he's a FAGGOT. Just crop the main camera, fuck zoom. Just settle for it or buy some really garbage chinkshit like the Reno 10x or a Huawei.

>wants a high end camera
>wants to use a phone for 5 years
>autistic about muh zuum and muh kemra but won't bother to carry a proper camera around
JUST

>zoom is for gayniggers
Optical zoom is a good thing...
He has DSLRs, he just wants his phone to have a good camera as he can't carry the dslrs everywhere.
Actually, the Reno 10x seems to have as good a camera, why do you say it's garbage compared to the OP7Pro?

Daily reminder that you can take pictures of thots while pointing at the literal floor if you have a wide angle camera

>A50 got a score of 83 on dxomark
Yikes

>July 6th
>Still no USA release date for Zenfone 6

Do they fucking hate money? FUCKING RELEASE IT ALREADY. WE BURGERS ARE TIRED OF ONLY GETTING SAMSHIT AND OP

Attached: tf23451326.jpg (728x612, 150K)

so are there any flaws with the k20 pro aside from being unavailable for global release

Don't know but it sure as fuck going to be a OP phone. OP7Pro is my first OP phone and it is PERFECT. I'm never going back to samshit garbage.

Someone type a paragraph or two for this user pls

>he wants a phone with a dogshit display that looks dim outside, a rattling camera with no OIS, dogshit speakers
what's the matte, too poor for the OnePlus 7 Pro? inb4 muh jack muh expendebl sturidge

No it's the best, get a Chinese cock dildo off Amazon too to really round up your purchase! Long live the Communist Party of China! Long live!

about to go for the rememe note 7, itll be the first phone I've had since my moto g from 2014, that I'm somehow still using.

How much of a shock am I in for with the size of the thing?

Thanks, looks good with more that 2gb. Checked before, seen the 32/2 at 167€. How much was it there?
The 64/3 lte is 220€ (we don't even get the 128gb)

I got the 128gb for $280

phonearena.com/phones/size/Xiaomi-Redmi-Note-7,Motorola-Moto-G-2014/phones/11110,8898

>Needing a selfie camera ever
>Not having a headphone jack
>paying $150 more for the same specs
>Not having stock andriod
>Not having back fingerprint scanner/Fingermotions
>Funding Chinese Mainland
>Having batteries that don't last 2+ days

Yeah no, OP has gone too far. The OP of yesteryear is gone for value for the price. Now its just half way to being overpriced like samshit.

Attached: 1509915958086.jpg (850x1000, 215K)

Glad to hear it comrade

Meant to post this picture

Attached: Screenshot_20190706-055853_cropped.png (1080x290, 35K)

Serious cope. The OnePlus 7 Pro packs a ton of good hardware while being cheaper than the s10e. Samshit is overpriced holeshit with garbage software, honestly nothing competes with OnePlus when it comes to real flagships now. They've been sub par until the 7 Pro.

Got an A50 and honestly most of it is ok

Except the fucking phone restarts randomly like once or twice a day and it ain't even hot. Shit's fucked up

Redmi Note 7

Guise any rumours or confirmations about Xiaomi CC family being released in Global Versions as well? (not A3)
If so please link

Attached: 51k9hZHtd1L.jpg (398x500, 37K)

That's some serious cope.

>The OnePlus 7 Pro packs a ton of good hardware while being cheaper than the s10e
The top trim of the s10e is actually cheaper than the 512/12gb OP7

I bought mine after having nokias for a couple years and it's fantastic, I don't think I'll even worry about a new phone until 5 years from now.

country: Argentina

OP7P isn't even a real flagship

No shit, the price difference isn't more than $100 here and it still nukes the s10e
just man up and admit it, it's the best flagship money can buy. Shits on samnigger pixlel huaPRC and there aren't even any other big contenders.

I'm not that knowledgeable about smartphones specs and stuff but I'm looking at the Moto G7 Power are its specs worth it's price tag? Seems to me like a nice phone for under $300

Attached: motog7powerspecs.png (1223x883, 138K)

>muh lack of vireless chseging
>muh this muh that
it packs top class hardware better than Samshit and it's got a better display, solid battery life despite the power hogging display, and the best software with support after the Pixels, just can't be beat

>burgers are forced to buy sd632 trash in the $200-300 range
ouch lol get the Zenfone Max Pro M1 or M2 I saw they made a burger compatible version. Hell, get the Redmi Note 7 at least.

The Redmi Note 7 actually looks really nice and is cheaper. I don't really know about smartphone processors though is the Snapdragon 632 a meme or is it actually bad?

Attached: Redmi Note 7.png (1310x938, 604K)

It huge tho

I'm about to buy a 4 years old Wileyfox on ebay, Jow Forums
Its still locked in the box, what should I expect? A completely dead battery?

Attached: 1561848601262.png (649x714, 212K)

I need a phone with a headphone jack. I will not buy one otherwise. I find it funny that a company that "never settles" settles on adhering to apple standards.
The Zenfone 6 cant come fast enough

Attached: 1559245117790.png (284x297, 192K)

It's weaker and cheaper than 660.

Oneplus is just another flagshit company now.

Don't know, but definitely something with high refresh rate display
Hopefully the chinks will start copying 90Hz displays soon

Redmi k20 pro.

It's worth paying a few extra for SD 660, even though 632 is ok, though a little dated.

When the fuck is the Lenovo z6 lite coming out???

Oh alright thanks for the answers I think I'm going to get the Redmi Note 7 but I'll keep looking and researching for a couple days first. God bless :^)

>Pixel 4
>Galaxy 10
What would you pick and why?

The shittest, android phone ,I had one for a whole 3 months ,I've got a Huawei now have had Samsung/Motorola

Attached: 1562195470739.jpg (846x1024, 200K)

>I'm about to buy a 4 years old Wileyfox on ebay
Why

50£
I just want something that cheap that I can install LineageOS

Because I am poor

Attached: 1561829882115.png (629x1189, 242K)

I would get Pixel 4 based on earlier comparison between that two series because Pixel 4 isnt out yet.
It has cleaner ROM, Galaxy is holeshit, Pixel has better camera. Snapdragon is better than Exynos. Google cares about privacy which idc if i give, still i use google everywhere. They give security which is far more needed imo. Notch is better than hole, and if pixel 4 comes with hole still i wouldnt reconsider choice because other reasons up there.

>Google cares about privacy

Attached: 1549245455898.jpg (910x752, 32K)

Good phone for 200$ max and 5.5" screen max?

I think he meant they don't care seeing as he then said "They give security which is far more needed imo."

Attached: aputhonk.jpg (400x400, 29K)

>Galaxy is holeshit
Literally can hide the hole by turning full screen off. You'll get a virtual top bezel

I mean Google doesnt care about your privacy instead they care to get it for their use... Poor writing skills or bad reading comprehension because i wrote "idc if i give".

issue with that is the top bezel looks kind of shitty

only turboautists get upset at the hole anyway. it's literally a non-issue after like 2 hours of use

Yeah looks shitty but looks shitty with a hidden notch too.
>non-issue
true story except when i watch videos, it really bothers me and its completely unnecessary. Symmetric upside and chin phone is way better looking than thin-bezel one with cut screen.

>tfw can't put the notifications in the blacked out part of the top bezel
>tfw can't put a software bezel on the bottom to counteract the top one
they really want us to embrace the hole don't they

How sure are we that Mi A3 will be based on CC9

wake me up when there are phones with in display cameras, jacks, and card slots

Attached: martin.jpg (1024x768, 94K)

Can someone please explain to me why the storage in my phone is called ROM?

Attached: 1559334348699.jpg (201x91, 4K)

idk I thought ROM on android was "read only memory"

Get used to it sunshine, the jack and expandable storage both are going the way of removable batteries.

Bros, I bought a Samsung Galaxy A50. I love it but I think it's got some software or hardware malfunction, it's not registering any headphone/earbuds i put in the jack. Any tips for shit I can do in terms of software, don't wanna mess around with the jack since I got a warranty. Fug, gonna replace it tommorow if I can't fix it.

What was Barry looking at anyway

Redmi Note 7

Question.

I have an XA2 which can take 256GB. I want to start compiling more of a digital library than just using Spotify. Do you think I should get a separate device for listening to music (I have lots of FLAC for certain albums) or can the phone play a variety of pieces of software? Another consideration is battery life. Obviously if I don’t have to stream music and listen through my phone I don’t have to worry so much about battery. Of course the downside is carrying two devices, but it’s not the end of the world.

I live in a 3rd world shithole, I can get Samsung from my internet provider a lot cheaper, while Redmi isn't even a option. And don't really have money to spare.

This comes straight from android

Attached: 1546021569937.jpg (1080x610, 70K)

i would totally buy the 7pro but its so fucking big. why can't the regular 7 just come to burgerville?

no idea, i'll see in 2 or 3 years

Get a Pixel 3a then
Same clean Android, smaller form factor, and it's still got enough power for any task

Plus it's not hellishly overpriced in the States. Although 64gb only variant with no expandable storage is a joke, a total dealbreaker.

yeah i have no idea

1) Google gives you free cloud storage with the Pixels
2) what do you need so much storage for ob a phone?
not that manufacturers shouldn't give you the option of memory extension but still, do you all keep your 4k movie library on your phones or what?
