depends for what you want this randomness.
For usual stuff rnorm() from R is enough for me.
For cryptography there are special, approved PRNG
Uran its protip
cat /dev/urandom >
Arent their two state systems? Electron spin can either be up or down, that will give you a fairly good randomness (unsure what affects the probabilities) then just have one electron for each bit you want in your number to get 2^n uniformly distributed possibilities
If you're autistic: /dev/urandom
If you're extremely autistic: /dev/random
Hardware randomness: Bull Mountain, an easy circuit with the only needed input being a clock.
Software: You cannot rely that much in hardware like the previously mentioned cause its crazily slow (check RDRAND, which actually is fed with a Bull Mountain-like circuit), instead a mix of other pseudo-randomness sources is used until a fair degree of randomness is reached. Just find 2 or 3 pseudo-random utils and for an everyday program that will be random enough.

If you have access to the internet tgen maybe try to ping example.com and use lag, alongside with cpu tempature and some other factors.
Anything humans cant reliably control or predict, such as wind speeds/direction, background radiation, the movement of a fish in a tank, seismic activity, etc. Some of these we can predict closely, but never exactly.

Hashes of pictures of a wall of lava lamps. You may not like it, but this is what peak randomness looks like.
weren't anons trying to push for porn to be banned from /b/? something about yellow posts or whatever.
That seems enormously wasteful compared to just using a couple of reverse-biased diodes.
atmospheric noise? idk
It already died out. Any long term posters there are only their for the porn and facebook pictures.

one good source of randomness is the 7th word of the first item of news on cnn. get that word then convert it to a number by turning each letter of the word into a number and multiplying the numbers
