The easiest way is to modify the ISO yourself manually or with a program that can help.
Next up is a mixture of GPedit and disabling services/tasks as needed.
Failing that, something like Win10 Privacy will help.

LTSC doesn't have the Ryzen scheduler update, so it's worthless. I'll be upgrading to Ubuntu when support for Windows 7 ends and just use a virtual machine if I need to use software exclusive to Windows. I had 10 for a while on my laptop but it gives the user so little control it felt like I didn't even own the computer.
