The face and skin is probably close enough already. Motorized limbs would require really strong but small motors. A self-lubrication and cleanup system would be nice but increases complexity. It would need sensors like cameras in the eyes, and touch sensors in many strategic places on the body. All of this is probably not too hard to make already, it would just be expensive. Only problem might be fluidity of motion, and motor noise, but that's not a deal breaker IMO.

That leaves only AI. There are two parts to the AI, conversation and motion.

Motion may not even need an AI, you can just hardcode a bunch of gyrating and thrusting patterns, that might work for sex but it wouldn't be very realistic or interesting. It interpreting the situation and adapting its body to what you are doing, or even take the lead and initiate new positions, would probably be possible with today's AI tech, but requires some engineering to figure out how. It doing complex poses like standing upright and walking is also theoretically possible, there are many bipod robots out there already.

Conversation is also technically optional, even today's sex dolls are fun to use even if they don't say anything, but let's say you require it. We're probably not quite there with the tech yet, but conversational AI has made many leaps in the last few years, the last one as recently as a few months ago with the release of the GPT-2. With the right training data set it should be able to give decently realistic answers to most questions and dirty talk you'd encounter in the bedroom, but weeding out all cases of obviously unrealistic responses will take many more years still. A basic moaning system is probably not hard either, you can train a system to generate moaning sounds from scratch by using porn videos as a data set (or just sample them), and even the context of the moans such as the time of the moan compared to what is happening in the scene, to make the moaning realistic and timely.
