Depends heavily on the game.
Mostly 2D stuff seems to run fine, like Gex and Symphony of the Night, even things like Street Fighter Alpha 3 or some 3D stuff like Road Rage 3D or Carmageddon. Some 2D stuff like Diablo shutters and has bad sound though.
