Well, if you want to create an image file from a disk, maybe you should click "image file from disk." Also, I hope you were paying attention when you used that installer, there is a very good chance that you now have yahoo as your default search engine, chromium installed and some shitty anti-virus running. Clean your disc. If the disc has copy protection you have to use something like AnyDVD/DVD Decrypter to strip the encryption. The encryption is probably you're having problems.

I think I was able to make an image using a trial WinCDEmu... ripping with Handbrake now to see if it worked.
