MPCHC MASTER RACE

Funny thing about this - the issue was reported 4 weeks ago and went no where

and now that a follow up is being done the issue is non-reproducible.

The CVE is vague.

This kinda looks like it is possibly just bad reporting getting tossed around all over the place. This is not saying it is not simply being swept under the rug if for instance this was a intentional vulnerability plat by a state or criminal actor, but this is getting to mixed up. We will just have to see if this gets a patch or not.

It can't do seamless ordered chapter transitions so why even use it?

>he uses VLC

As always, fake news.

MPlayer master race

and the ofc chad macOS isn't affected by this god bless apple

This

How is it? Does it have a nice gui, or is it full blown autism like mpv?

>quicktime
kys

Mpv is mplayer with a nice GUI

If you think mpv is autist I can't even imagine what you would think of mplayer

it memleak, there no exploit yet.
it can affect one vlc version for one selected OS at time. you not gonna select video file for your OS. your video player most likely not has root privileges when running.
anyway
developers has to fix every single memleak they posted
trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/22474

what if you use fire jail ?

Totem master race.

Yeah you don't have to worry about security flaws and it only cost you twice as much as any other company charges and your dignity. Hope your shit never breaks or you're headed to the apple store to get it fixed, bitch.

oops...

Just workz. No gui, only keyboard controlled. There's a gui frontend called SMPlayer, but I haven't tried it.

Does this bug apply to older versions?
