It's a simple app that contacts ice, and provides them with relevant information like time, and date, GPS, template descriptions, and uploads images, audio, and video to a server accessible to ice agents.
It basically streamlines the reporting of sighted illegal aliens, and packages everything neatly for the agents to process.
